Decorative objects, chocolates and candies should be open and checked upon delivery by the receiver in the presence of the deliverer in order to confirm the good condition of the product.
We do not assume responsibility for products we have not imported or created.
Our suppliers are solely responsible for the abovementioned products.
We do not keep supplies of confectionery products. We pick them up directly from the supplier and deliver them to the address.
We do not accept claims upon delivery.
Nonetheless, we are always here for our clients and if any problems should arise feel free to contact us and we will try to help you and do our best to solve the problem.
DELIVERY
We deliver the products in Skopje and across Macedonia with the assistance of delivery companies.
The fee for deliveries has been included in the prices.
If the recipient is not at home, or there has been an error in the address, the next delivery is charged after consulting the person making the order. This is why we are urging you to include the telephone number of the recipient in your order!
The time for delivery in Skopje is between 2 and 6 hours from the order placement (for orders up to 6 pm).
Orders placed after 6 pm may be delivered the same evening or the next day.
Deliveries across Macedonia (bigger cities) for orders made before 12pm are delivered the next day. Orders made after 12pm, are delivered in up to 48 hours (up to 2 days). For most of the cities, deliveries across Macedonia are done on working days and Saturdays (consult us regarding this). For deliveries to smaller cities and villages contact us PRIOR placing the order in order for us to check when would the delivery be possible. Deliveries across Macedonia can not be done on SUNDAYS.
Our clients are promptly informed regarding any changes with the delivery.
